Amend Park Development Council 

Amend Park Development Council was formed in 1992 by a small group of soccer parents and was founded on the idea of developing Amend Park as a soccer complex for the youth and families of Yellowstone County in a cooperative partnership with the City of Billings Parks, Recreation & Public Lands Department. Since our organization was established, we have endeavored to make improvements to Amend Park which provide safe, quality soccer fields for soccer players as well as an open area for a variety of recreational activities. In addition, APDC has endeavored to install facilities which furnish comfort and convenience to spectators and families attending recreational events at Amend Park. As a non-profit organization, APDC is governed by a Board of Directors. We welcome dedicated members who share our commitment to park improvement and who are interested in working as a team to accomplish our mission. Our team is made up entirely of volunteers.
