Certificate of Insurance Template

All organizations and indivuals renting Amend Park must provide a valid Certificate of Insuarance prior to the event.

The Certificate must list the minumum coverages as well as listing Amend Park Development Counis and The City of Billings as primary additional insuraed in the Description of Operations section of the Certificate of Insurance.
